Step 2 of 3 - Payment Instructions

Pay the $15.00 annual membership fee

  •  due now for new members ($10.00 if joining between April 1st and July 31st)
  •  for renewing members, payment is due between August 1st and October 15th

To pay your membership fee you must pay by PayPal or check.

(If you cannot afford to pay, scholarships are available. Simply mention your need to the New Member Contact.)

If you prefer doing things via snail mail, you can pay by check.  Simply email your request for our current mailing address and for the yahoo group link to:

Please make check payable to MadisonHEART. After we receive your check you will be added to the yahoo group and notified via the yahoo group's welcome email.

On the PayPal Payment Completed Page please click on
RETURN TO MERCHANT - located on the bottom of the PayPal page
This will immediately direct you to our Yahoo Group page.

Follow instructions and submit, Approval is now being processed...please be patient!

For our yahoo group, please use the same email address that you listed on our form as being associated with yahoo

Please keep your yahoo login info available for future logins onto our yahoo group to access our calendar, etc

As a reminder, our form and payment MUST be submitted BEFORE approval is granted to the yahoo group 

Once again, please remember, once you have completed all three mandatory steps, please allow up to 2-4 days for our homeschooling parent volunteers to accomplish the approval process.
